HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Booking Elite Sports Photography for your team is a great value for the parents! I provide you with all the digital marketing materials and I bring all my own equipment. I will photograph every athlete, plus teams, groups, siblings, buddy pictures, coaches, and staff, depending on our agreement with the school. Parents are able to view their images before ordering, so they know exactly what they are getting and they can purchase as much or as little as they like. Pricing is competitive and I offer a variety of print packages, a la carte items, and digital files to fit everyone's needs.

I service the entire Kentuckiana region including Jefferson, Oldham, Shelby, Bullitt, Henry, Meade, and Trimble Counties in Kentucky, and Floyd, Clark, Harrison, Scott, and Washington Counties in Indiana.
WHEN DO YOU SCHEDULE SPORTS PHOTOS?
I work with each individual group to schedule their Photo Day for the most convenient date and time.
Contact me when you are ready to schedule your Photo Day, ideally 3 months before you will need the actual pictures. This allows us 1 month to prepare for Photo Day and advertise the event to parents; 1 month to photograph, edit, and collect orders; and 1 month for production, packaging, and delivery of finished prints and products. Generally speaking, the sooner, the better! Some schools book their dates 12 months in advance.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
My 4-step process makes it EASY for your sports organization to have a successful photo day!
- Leading up to Photo Day

I will create a custom landing page on my website for your group - no paper flyers to print or distribute! I’ll include an introduction, clothing guidelines, ordering instructions, and pricing. Simply distribute the link to parents and staff several times leading up to your date, and direct all questions to me!
I’ll also schedule a site visit in advance to select the best location for portraits and collect the rosters for organizing your files. I will work closely with your organization to create the optimal schedule and staffing to ensure your day runs smoothly.
- Photo Day!

I provide all the necessary equipment and my setup is quick and easy.
I give each child 1-2 minutes in front of my camera to ensure their portraits showcase their individual personality. My goal is to create 3-5 unique images per student, presented in both color and black & white.
Depending on your needs I can also photograph teams, groups, siblings, buddy pictures, coaching staff, and parents with their athletes on your Photo Day.
- Ordering

Once the photos are ready for viewing (usually within 7 days) I update your group’s landing page with a link to a private password-protected online gallery. Images will be sorted into albums by team or group and each athlete will have their own folder.
Parents view their images, select their favorite poses, and place their order online right through the gallery - no more cash envelopes or paper order forms! Parents can contact me directly if they have any questions or need help placing their order.
- Product Delivery

Parents who purchase digital files will receive an email with a link to download their images immediately upon checkout. All other prints and products can be ordered with shipping direct to home, or we can set up a bulk shipment for your organization when the online gallery closes 7-10 days later.
I personally inspect bulk shipments for quality assurance before delivering them to your organization for distribution.
Ask about commercial licensing of digital photos for administrative and promotional use.
MORE THAN SPORTS PICTURES
One of the best benefits about Elite Sports portraits is that they are not your average team portraits. Families have ordered large scale canvases and gallery wall collections because they really are worthy to be displayed. I offer a complimentary custom design service for parents who wish to create their own one-of-a-kind artwork installation for their home or office.
