Frequently Asked Questions

What if I want more images?: You'll start with 5 image credits per session, and you can purchase additional images from any session for $65 each (regularly $195), or a set of 5 for $300 (regularly $895). This includes a mounted 5x7 print of the image and the high resolution file with print release.
What happens if I don't use all my sessions?: Our program is designed with your convenience and consistency in mind. The included sessions follow a suggested timeline for capturing each precious milestone, but many parents appreciate the flexibility to skip a session or two. Sessions that aren't scheduled within the specified timeframe are forfeited, and any unused image credits will roll over to the next milestone and accumulate as long as you are a member. Doing multiple and consistent sessions over the course of the year ensures you will make the most of your investment and have a beautiful keepsake of your baby's first year.
Are payment plans available?: Yes, we can split your membership fee into 2 or 3 payments over a maximum of 90 days when you enroll in AutoPay. A $50 administrative fee will be added to your total. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until the entire membership fee is paid in full.
